IN LOVING MEMORY OF BILL BOWEN

Child Protection Service can and does take away children for any reason sometimes it is a neighbour who has had a fight with you and secretly reports you, like was done inNazi Germany then your child’s innocence is destroyed .  Then, once in CPS custody over 1,000, that is one thousand, of those children die from neglect or are brutally murdered by the people chosen by CPS to provide care for them, OVER 1,000 a year!

                                                  

The stories of CPS not visiting the children they place are voluminous and CPS has been caught over and over lying about having visited those children who wound up murdered.  The parents didn’t want the children in those homes or the family when it turns out to be a parent who kills their own child. Either way it was ALWAYS CPS who placed the child in that environment. These are the experts?
These people are accomplices to murder, pure and simple and they are accomplices to murder over 3 times per day, every day, day in and day out. How does the public tolerate these monsters?  It is because of the incredible lack of awareness the general public has about the truly dismal record of CPS. CPS sucks dry the state and federal funds and it has become a business.
There are so many stories of CPS snatching children and the placing those children with the families of high ranking government officials, with the removal of the previous head of DHS in Oregon or the news story on WLKY  there is no question that it happens daily.  Perjury is a way of life for the people of CPS.  In Klamath Falls, OR out of about 70 DHS workers there is one, lowly placed male working there, ONE out of 70! Imagine if those numbers were reversed and think about the number of lawsuits that would be flying based on discrimination.

    A Spotsylvania County Child Protective Services worker and two family members face drug charges in Westmoreland County.     On the balance of probabilities they were being sold in children homes.

    Most of the children could have stayed home, moved with a relative or with someone they cared about…They need to stop paying parents that adopt kids, it should go back the way it used to be, the children live off the parents salary..Take the money out, that will reduce these adoptions.. including many of the wrong-doings highlighted within the contents of this page.
    If an adoptive parent can not afford to have the children, they should not be having them.The Government should be paying the natural parents to support the children, if their argument is that the child will not have a good quality (material) of life if the children remains with the natural parents.
    Anyway, it is a money making profit racking business, no matter how one wants to paint it.

    When the Carlsons adopted the now teenage boys from foster care in 2007,
    they were handed a slim file with few details except that the two suffered
    from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. No one told the empty
    nesters the boys had severe mental health issues and had bounced between
    foster homes. Now teenagers, the boys are living in separate therapeutic
    group homes. Therapists say one son needs to be in a supervised residential facility,
    which the state will no longer pay for, unless the Carlsons turn back
